  • **Express (1-2 business days):** Flat rate fee applied at checkout.
  • **International (7-14 business days):** Rates calculated at checkout based on destination. Please note customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

2. Return Policy (30-Day Hassle-Free)

We stand by the quality of our certified devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within **30 days** of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • The device must be returned in the same functional condition as received.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • The device must not show signs of physical or water damage not covered by our warranty.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our support team prior to shipping.

3. Return Process
